SkyPoint Climb

SkyPoint Climb is Australia’s highest external building walk. It is located on the top of the iconic Q1 Building which is taller than the Chrysler Building in New York City. It is a must-try attraction on the Gold Coast.

Want to know what it feels like to scale a building? Feel like a superhero and dare to try SkyPoint Climb. You get the thrill of the climb as well as unparalleled views of the Gold Coast from the surf to as far as the Hinterland and beyond.

From below, you might wonder how you could possibly climb a building. It is easier and safer than you think. After a safety briefing at SkyPoint Climb Mission Control (ground floor), you will be fitted with a specially designed Climb suit and full body harness. After that, you will head to the launch platform on level 77 via SkyPoint’s high speed elevator. A short step ladder will position you 240 meters above sea level. From there, you will climb to the summit. Harnessed to a purpose-built safety rail system, you will be guided up the walkway by an expert Climb Leader who will point out the city’s historical landmarks.

Once you reach the summit, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the region. Be wowed by the gorgeous beaches, magnificent mountains, and the city.

Celebrate your climb with a scrumptious meal at the SkyPoint Observation Deck. Enjoy café style food such as steak sandwiches, smoked salmon, and shared platters for two. Try their signature cocktail, the “mile high”, and take in the breathtaking panoramic view.

Visit the SkyPoint Climb and the SkyPoint Observation Deck at Q1 Resort, Surfers Paradise just a few minutes away from our Broadbeach Holiday Accommodation.
