Low Season

Medium Season

Season Dates: 16/01/12-30/01/12, 03/04/12-15/04/12, 01/07/12-15/07/12, 22/09/12-07/10/12, 15/12/12-21/12/12, 12/01/13-28/01/13

High Season

Season Dates:  23/03/12 - 02/04/12, 22/12/12-11/01/13

Additional Information

Extra Person Rate $30 per day. Rates subject to change without notice.
A deposit of $300 is required for all bookings during low season and $500 during mid and high seasons.
Balance of payment: Low & mid season - payment is due on arrival - sorry we do not accept cheques. High season - payment is due 1 month prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation policy - Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival in low season will be charged 1 night cancellation fee. Cancellations within 28 days prior to arrival in high season during 22.12.12 - 11.01.12 will be charged 100% cancellation fees. Cancellations after booking date, and within 15 days prior to arrival will incur a $50.00 administration charge. All cancellations within 3 days prior to arrival, no shows and check-in after the scheduled arrival date will be charged 100% cancellation. Any changes to a booking date will incur $15.00 administration charge.
